Notification Channel
Datachecks notification feature makes it easy to send the right alerts to a variety of recipients for seamless collaboration among team members and efficient issue resolution for your data quality.
View All Your Channels
You can view all channels in Settings > Workspaces > Notifications Channels.
Creating a Notification Channel
To create a notification channel, go to Settings > Workspaces.Then, navigate to the preferred workspaces and select the Notification Channels tab. You can choose from the available options, such as Email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. These channels can be edited later as needed.
Once a channel is created, it is added to the platform. When a validation alert is triggered, Datachecks can send notifications directly to the relevant channel.
To enable this, you need to add the necessary rules. For more information, see Notification Rules.
Managing Notification Channels
Editing a Channel
To edit a notification channel, click the ellipsis (...) and select Edit to modify your channel configuration.
Deleting a Channel
To delete a notification channel, click the ellipsis (...) and select Delete. Confirm the deletion in the modal to remove the channel permanently.
