The alerts response tab enables teams to focus on and improve data quality by measuring and communicating performance.

Incident Overview

You can see the total number of incident issues and incidents resolved at the top.

Alerts Trend

Below the incident overview, this section shows the total number of alerts generated, alongside the percentage trend of alerts in the last 7, 30, or 90 days. A sharp increase may indicate potential issues requiring immediate attention.

Incident Issued Chart

The bar chart visualizes the number of incidents detected daily. Hovering over any bar provides detailed information about the exact date and number of incidents.

Alerts from Custom SQL

This section displays the total number of alerts generated using custom SQL queries. It provides a clear view of how many issues were detected based on user-defined rules.

The line chart shows the trend of these alerts over time. Hovering over any point on the graph reveals detailed information about the specific date and the number of alerts detected. Significant spikes or drops can indicate data anomalies or successful issue resolution.

Status Update Rate

This metric measures the percentage of alerts that have been interacted with by a user. Interaction means that the alert has been either closed, acknowledged, or is in a monitoring state. The time series shows the percentage of alerts that have been interacted with for each week.
